Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral arrangements, we do not accept general returns on delivered products. We only accept claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds & Replacements

If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or not as described. we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full or partial refund depending on the situation. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after the issue is verified.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
• Same-day orders may not be canceled once the design or delivery process has begun.
