An absolute wonderful experience! Customer service was top tier. The delivery was done within the time frame as promised and with care. A picture confirmation was sent to my email letting me know it was delivered direct to the recipient. The birthday girl was so happy with the birthday flower cake and So many people inquired about the origin of where it came from! They were directed to floral concepts. Highly recommend!

The flowers were beautiful and very fresh. You could immediately see the quality vibrant and every detail carefully arranged. The bouquet arrived in perfect condition and looked exactly as expected I would definitely order from here again.
